About your stay
Check-in just got a whole lot easier!
You can check in independently using a lockbox, where your key will be waiting for you. This hassle-free process means you can get into your room with minimal fuss.
Our check-in process is done 100% online: Once you book your stay with us, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a link to our web app. From there, you can upload your documents and pay for your stay in just a few clicks. Then, 3 hours before check-in time, we’ll send you the access codes to the hotel and your room via email, WhatsApp, or the app so you can enjoy a stress-free arrival.
● Our regular check-in starts at 15:00. For same day bookers at 17:00. Arriving earlier? We’ll be happy to give you an early check-in for free if your space is already available and clean. (please note early check-in cannot be pre-booked)
● Check out time is 10:00.
If you want to stay late in bed and snooze you can always book an additional 2 hours for just 50 ILS. Alternatively, if you’re staying on a Saturday, you can book a super-late checkout for 50% of the nightly rate, subject to availability.
The bow-tied receptionist is gone and is not coming back 😏
Instead, our “online reception” is open 24/7 and our team is always available to help with anything you need. We can also meet in person if you prefer, just let us know!
We’re committed to our ‘best rate guarantee’ policy.
It means the prices you can find on payment.payment.loginnhotels.com are the cheapest ones online.
Found cheaper? Let us know. We’ll match the price and offer an additional 5% discount (and even a room upgrade if we can according to availability).
Full details can be found here
Cancellation policies vary based on the booking platform. It’s recommended to review the policies prior to confirming your reservation.
Once you pay for your stay, a receipt is automatically generated. After your check-in and upon sorting your tax payment, our finance team will produce a tax invoice and will send it to you. Tourists will get an invoice with 0% tax, and other guests that paid 17% will get a tax invoice with 17% VAT.
Tourists can get exempt from 17% VAT! By sending us with a copy of their tourist visa slip (types B2/B3/B4 only) you can be exempted from the 17% VAT.
The prices on our website in English exclude the 17% VAT, while the prices in Hebrew include it. Our team ensures that everyone pays the correct amount: tourists will not pay the tax, and other guests will pay the 17% VAT. It doesn’t matter where you book.
To book a room and stay at Loginn, all guests must be 18 years old or above. If a guest is under 18 years old, they can only stay at the hotel with a parent or legal guardian. Additionally, children and young people under the age of 18 are only permitted to stay at the hotel when accompanied by an adult.

Get the app and upload your driver’s license (you don’t need to carry it with you). Snap a pic with your helmet next to it and wait for license verification. Then you’re ready to scoot! Just remember to only drive on roads and wear a helmet, or you could face a fine of 250-500 ILS for not wearing one.
